  • I love this place! Such a cool feature of Pittsburgh! Perfect for a night out with friends, a date night or a solo movie night! It is a one-room movie theater in the heart of Lawrenceville. You should definitely subscribe to their email newsletter or follow them on Facebook because they put together some great theme weeks and events! I just went to the Pittsburgh Cat Film Festival here and it was so much fun. They show all kinds of movies-- new releases, classics, animated, foreign. You will find something you like. They offer a membership where you get to see one movie per month, which I am seriously considering looking into. It is connected to Bierport, a craft beer store, and you can bring any beer purchased there into the theater with you. They can chill any bottle for you upon purchase. Beer is also on tap at the concession stand, along with typical movie snacks-- popcorn, candy, etc. There is usually a pinball machine in the lobby, so show up early, grab a beer and play a game before the movie!
