Have been in here a few times now. The first was with my girlfriend to get her a bike helmet, it was the last one they had of the style and the owner/operator graciously offered us a discount on the purchase, which wasn't asked for but was definitely appreciated.
Went back in today to pick-up some shorts, a jersey and water bottle and once again was given a nice discount because it was the end of the season. From what I can gather in the few short conversations that I had with the owner, he's very knowledgeable about everything related to bikes and genuinely cares about his customers, which is a nice change from some of the other bike shops in Toronto.
My one complain would be that this place focuses VERY heavily on Louis Garneau... like almost exclusively. However, there were some other bike options when I went in today that weren't there the first time and from what I'm told they'll be bringing in more brands in the coming months, which is nice to hear.
All in all, a very friendly, consumer first bike business. I hope this place does well and sticks around for a while.
