  • Zero stars. My dad went in after a fall at home. The staff TERRIBLE service. After 3 days without urinating, he got a bladder infection and septic shock!!!!!! At 86 yrs old, it's bad. Possibly got MRSA lung. He died monday. We blame this horrible facility for his death!
