I was contacted via Yelp as you can see here, followed up via email as requested, and never received a response. Today, I cancelled via their phone number (because it's impossible to find: 1-888-847-6036 - press 2, then 4, then 2) and was told I'd receive a confirmation via email. I asked about my credit card being refunded, which was not something the CS person had checked, and was told that I would be refunded the only charge that didn't go towards a cleaning.
I had to correct them - I've never had a cleaning - and all the charges to my card would need to be refunded. Apparently, my inquiry is going through "refunds," and I can only hope that this actually happens.
This has been such a huge PITA. I've since been using a cleaning professional recommended by a friend, for roughly the same price and a much better customer service experience. No, I can't cancel her via an app, but she shows up, doesn't randomly charge my credit card, and actually answers her email.
AVOID THIS "SERVICE"!
