  • I'm writing a review about my first phone call to this office. I called and Kim answered. I explained I was a new or patient and need to schedule an appt. she was VERY RUDE AND DIDT WANT TO BE HELPFUL AT ALL. Maybe customer service is not a good fit for her. She stated the next new patient appt wasn't until the end of February. I won't be calling back there again.
