  • Alright. This honestly wasn't my first choice to come here for an early birthday present from my sister. In fact, we were supposed to take a trip to Cali this past weekend instead of getting a tattoo, but I'm glad I got it here. I called ahead of time to see if I could make an appointment for a consultation with Holly, but they only do walk-ins for consultations. No biggie. I just went the following day. Going in, it was a nice and clean establishment that made me feel totally at ease as a first-time patron. Was welcomed and asked to wait on Holly while she finished up with another patron's tattoo session. When I finally got to talk to her, she was super nice and chill. Let her know what style of handwriting I wanted, and gave her a sheet of samples with the actual quote from Game of Thrones' Ned Stark. That made her laugh a bit XD Yes, yes... I'm a dork, but this quote totally matched my sister and I. By the end of the 5-10 minute consultation, she gave me 2 options for a tattoo session the following day, and told me to just text her a confirmation for time. As soon as I confirmed the slot with my sister so she can observe, I texted and got quick responses. Night of the session, Holly welcomed me back with my sister. When she showed me the quote, she had me verify that everything was grammatically correct and that I was cool with the writing style. During prep, she had to shave the area 'cause my boyfriend did a spotty job XD but she also had me verify the placement, then eased me into the session with the least painful areas. Made me laugh a bit to try to relax, which was cool, and gave me clear directions on how to sit. My sister spent about $180 (not including the tip) for about an hour session. Pretty happy overall. Now my sister's deciding if she wants to get her matching tattoo here or with the original artist she had in mind.
