  • What a disappointing experience! We love CBTL & have counted on great experiences at their stores for many years. (I can't say enough great things about the location in Chandler, AZ.) Sadly, this AZ Mills location is a terrible representation of the franchise & it should be closed if the employees can't be properly trained in making the drinks correctly & in good customer service. My husband picked up 2 Cherry Blossom tea lattes for our Valentine's Day treat this morning, at this location because it's closer to our home in Tempe. What a mistake. The drinks were definitely not lattes - they were awful, flavorless & had no sweetness to them at all. Clearly, the young man who made them didn't know what he was doing or he was out of a key ingredient & didn't admit it. We won't be patronizing this location again, and will instead make the 13-mile drive to Chandler.
