Seems like they have had a change in personnel both at front desk staff and mechanics. Been going to Griffin over 30 years and last couple of times feel like they over sold me on products I didn't really need. I really trusted the front desk staff to tell me what they found wrong with the car. Last time I took it in for an oil change I got the most expensive package that was to include rotate tires and check tire pressure. Well about a month after oil change, my tire pressure light came on. Checked tire pressure (suppose to be 36) but driver's side had 30 & 32 and passenger's side had 38 & 29. Mechanic couldn't possibly have checked tire pressure when he changed tires because this car is only a year old and 15k miles. They also sold me a new filter for my a/c system which I probably didn't need yet. Had a uneasy feeling when I left - think I will check around or go back to dealer for service next time.
