  • I have visited this location since it opened as it's the closest one to me. It used to be fantastic! The desk staff was awesome and making an appointment was easy. Not so much anymore. They girl's working there are not professional AT ALL when answering the phone, If they answer at all. EVERY TIME I call, I am on a ridiculously long hold... I end up hanging up and calling back. Most of the time, they don't even answer on the 3 or 4th ring... you need to stay on the line forever. Also, it seems they are a "SPA" location but hard as I try, I can NEVER Get a facial appointment. For about the last year, they have no availability for booking things like "massage and facial" which is silly for a spa location. I think I'll be going to a different location from now on. Sad, since I live right across the street.
