rev:text	We've stayed here a handful of time over the years and it's really a pretty nice place. My biggest complaint is the distance to the self parking lot. I suppose tipping the valet would have been more convenient but I guess I was feeling cheap last weekend! Beyond that I have no complaints although when we opted to extend our stay for one night we had to get new card keys but regretfully the front desk mistakenly gave us our original ones. Our room (350) was nearly in Tempe so it was a long and inconvenient walk back to the front desk to get new keys. I was not happy considering I had already schlepped a bunch of stuff up to the room with my wife. She waiting outside our room in the hall while I made the round trip journey to the front desk and back. The room was very comfortable although it had two double beds instead of a king. I'm disappointed that the front desk didn't ask for my preference before just assigning us a room. I prefer a king bed. Compared to all the other Scottsdale resorts we've stayed at, this is NOT my favorite nor is it even in the top 5. It's just "a-ok" and I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there unless it was assigned to me by Priceline again. One final point of malcontent - the "resort fee" - another TWENTY BUCKS (plus tax = $23+) A DAY to use the pool, fitness center and wireless internet. That increased the price of our room by about 30% and that's a lot. I really dislike that Priceline does not disclose ahead of time which properties charge this outrageous and unavoidable tacked on cost.
