  • I needed to get my wife's rings appraised for insurance purposes and was referred to Tom. Called in late morning and he was able to meet a few hours later at his Chandler office. Tom was professional and friendly (even towards my 2 toddlers who don't always cooperate lol). Tom was able to get us in and out quickly and I had my appraisal in my email by the time I woke up the next morning. Would hesitate to use Tom again if I need to and recommend him to anyone needing a good accurate quick appraisal! Thanks again Tom!!
