  • I often attend "special events" at Scotiabank Theatre Chinook. I recently had a concern with the quality of the presentations. After I contacted management, my concern was resolved. Yesterday, I attended and enjoyed another special event. I appreciate that Cineplex's management was receptive and responsive to my concerns. Like many others have noted, one of the escalators wasn't working. And sometimes when I enter the theatre from the west side, there are smokers near the entrance. Overall, I enjoy going to the Scotiabank Theatre Chinook. I also compliment management on being helpful.
