  • I recently wanted to start building my credit so I decided to purchase a Honda Accord from these guys. They were great to work with! They helped me get the credit I needed and they provided exceptional service. During the 15 day warranty period I took my car to a dealer (TEMPE HONDA) who tried to tell me that my car was "missing airbags" and they tried to hit me up for over $2,000 to replace the SRS system. They also tried to hit me up for a bunch of other things that appeared to be fake charges. When I came back to Robert at Arizona Auto Associates he had his technician open the steering wheel up and show me the airbags. When I went back to Tempe Honda I didn't tell them I had taken pictures of the airbags and canister and let them go on and on about how the car was missing airbags and how they could tell even though they never actually ran the tests. This is after I had paid them somewhere around $150 to check everything. I finally couldn't take it any more and showed them the pictures. They insisted on taking the steering wheel apart and seeing it for themselves before they apologized but I never got my money back. This is clearly a case where the used car dealer was operating with the utmost integrity and the "certified mechanics" were operating on the shady side of the road. Robert and his crew also fixed a few minor things they really didn't need to without my asking or pointing it out to them. SO FOR ME ARIZONA AUTO ASSOCIATES = (FIVE STARS) TEMPE HONDA = (0-1 STARS) I will definitely buy from Robert and Arizona Auto Associates again!
