  • One of the worst customer service car rental I have ever experienced, never again!!! I have already filed a complaint with BBB about this. Not only they made my friends and I wait for the car at least 20 minutes, they charged the wrong credit card in the end and add fees that were never discussed. I tried to get the situation resolved, but poor communication. I left numerous email and messages and basically had to call back until someone picked up. I reached their answering machine a lot. In the end, they couldn't help me. I would give it zero stars if there was an option.
