5 star for the size, large variety of games available and playstation floor (located on the 2nd floor).
2 stars for the customer service. My friend was looking to trade in his XBox 360 for the XBox One. The manager Blair was very patient and walked him through the pros and cons of each console. That was probably the best part of the visit.
When it came to paying for the bundle, we had a girl named Macey who served us. She was very polite but completely clueless on what to do. It took us over than hour to check out including tallying up the XBox 360, games and controller. Honestly, if you want to run a promotion, you should have a clear idea of what your rules and regulations are.
I finally understand how a guy feels if they were stuck in Sephora for 1.5 hours. Service was unbelievably slow. I felt so bad for the lady behind us who lined up for more than 20 mins just because they did not have another person open the cash esp when she was just looking to purchase an iTunes gift card.
Traumatized by the wait. I won't be visiting EB games and especially, this location for a very long time.
