| - I have to say, ever since Tofu Hut reopened, the service and quality of food has improved a lot. The servers are very nice and they often make rounds around the tables to ask if you want water or more meat. It used be to painfully difficult to get the attention of servers here, but almost everything about Tofu Hut seems to be much improved.
So I have to admit, I'm not a fan of side dishes at any KBBQ place so I'll mainly just rate on meat quality, price, and service. Meat selection is pretty standard, you can get brisket, marinated ribeye, pork belly, chicken, and squid for the lunch price of I think $12.99. For dinner you pay $17.99 and can get short rib and steamed egg as additional choices. For KBBQ in Vegas that's the cheapest price I know of. So meat selection (and taste) is pretty good, price is good, and service is good. I'm giving it 4 stars though because I can't help but compare it to the KBBQ in LA which is the same quality for $11. But still, I think Tofu Hut is the best choice for KBBQ in Vegas for people not wanting to pay $20+ each.
