  • I had a great experience at this location. FIrst and foremost I was happy I could make a same day appointment online. wWhile I was highly disappointed that I came for $40 oil change and ended up having to get $550 worth of other work, the experience itself was great. The staff at this location are great! Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The technician explained all the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. While I was angry that I'd have to fork over more money than expected that day he assured me the work could be done that day and that they'd even provide me with a loaner car while the work was being done. This review gets 5 stars because of their front office staff mainly Brianna was super friendly, conversational and went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to me. I am 9 months pregnant and came here without my husband (who knows way more about cars than I do). Brianna just made me feel really comfy and informed me about a lot of local resources for baby and I. Little things like this should not go unnoticed. I also saw the way she interacted with the other customers and I was impressed. It seemed that most people that came there that day had been there before. I too, will be a returning customer. Thank you for a great experience! I am new to the area and Its refreshing to know that I have found a place where I can get quality car care when I need it.
