I wish there was a 0-star for this. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Called earlier in the night and booked an appointment for myself and my friend to come and get gel mani's at 10:30pm, showed up a few minutes before and were sat to wait for 45 minutes - even with an appointment.
Then the nail portion, bad too... The nail technician doing my nails cut them too long and then when I said I wanted shorter he told me no, they looked good like that.
THEN he did a horrible painting job, patchy, uneven, and lacking much to be desired. On 4 nails I got glitter to which he did 2 thin coats and when I asked for a 3rd to fill in the gaps he told me that he already gave me two and I was asking too much... (even though it looked horrible and glitter was not covering most of where it should have been)
Then the gel top coat doesnt even cover the sides of 3 of my nails.
The worst part happened next.
I paid with my credit card $110... to which they said declined, though I knew it was not true as I had far more then enough to cover the bill in the account. Then I told him to run a $50 charge. and then a $60.... So he ran a $50 charge and he said it declined again. but I saw him take the receipt out of the credit card machine after running my "declined" payment and set it next to the register after it printed.
I said something about it to my friend in front of them and she handed her card to them to run for the $110 bill... and they said it worked.
We left and I checked my mobile banking and it showed a $110 charge and a $50 charge pending from them.... The ones they said DECLINED. So they tried to steal $160 in addition to the $110 we paid for the two sets of nails...
I will be going into my bank and filing a claim against their charges and getting them in trouble in the AM...
I would NEVER, ever go there again.
