  • This rating is based on their service. Came in to pick up a gift certificate. I called in advance to confirm they did do gift certificates. When I arrived, the only person currently working was new and didn't know how to do it, which is understandable. After waiting 5 minutes or so for the other employee, he comes out and says he can't help me because he needs to cover for another employee who went to get food. When I asked how long the wait would be, he didn't know. I wasn't just going to stand there and wait, so I left empty handed. Why the 2nd employee couldn't take 30 seconds to ring me up is beyond me. Very frustrating!
