  • What can you say that is positive about an office that loses records that were faxed in by your internist and also loses your appointment in the system? They claim a computer issue. Well, this place is as big an airport terminal. They can afford a decent computer service and a cloud system and if they lost information because of a computer issue, why would they have all my personal data and information in the system. Unprofessional and disorganized...Try for people who have some a decent office system. As Michael G. has noted, this type of disorganized office can be fatal to the health of people with endocrine problems!
