| - A pretty solid 4 stars in my books! Seems like this is one of the more poppin' places in the area, so definitely make a reservation regardless!
Pro tip 1: HH: M-F 4:30 PM-6:30 PM, Tues 9 PM-11 PM, Sat 11 AM-1 PM // $1 east coast oysters, $2 wet coast oysters!
Pro tip 2: Sat/Sun brunch, 10:30 AM-3 PM (20 ft long bloody mary jar?!?!?!)
I came with 2 others, and we quickly ordered:
1) Chef's Choice Dozen of East/West Tasting ($36) // Total of 12 oysters.
+1 I love how fresh it is!
+1 Cool story: they change their sauces (I think) every so often....they use fresh ingredients so that your drizzle on the oyster is fantastically paired.
2) Seafood Gumbo x2 ($24) //
+1 OH YESSS. What I've been looking for! It's not your typical red sauce soup base, more of a black bean soup feel.
+1 TONSA SEAFOOD! OH YASSSSS. Hella worth!
+1 Rice AND french bread?! NOMNOM. Carb overloadddddd.
3) Fried shrimp po boy ($16) //
+1 Fries are yummy!
+1 Sandwich is really big! Lotsa shrimp, that my friend had to take the other half back.
Overall, great spot for a lunch or definitely an intimate bar experience! It's pretty dark in here though, so you won't get nice photos. But, you'll get some tasty food! Solid spot in PA.
