  • I called and the girl that answered the phone was hardly literate,with "attitude" and a lazy drawl.Was placed on hold and nobody picked up. Drove there anyway as I needed to shop at Macy's anyway.....Typical corporate cut/paste grandiose store with zero help -dabbling with everything and experts at nothing. These artificial large over priced retailers do not induce buying or spending money-just the opposite. At least BestBuy has some neat products and specials every once in a while...Walked in and made eye contact with 3+ customer service agents-none of which came to help or greet.They were talking among themselves instead (what a surprise!).. They wonder why people shop online....
