  • I have really tried to like this store over the last 5 years as there is a huge deficit of running shops in Arizona, but I just can't. As many here have said, the staff is largely apathetic toward their jobs and the customers, which is the biggest problem. Waiting for over 20 minutes to get any acknowledgement is common (if you get it at all), and like any chain, they push sales of items you don't need, and push their own name brands over any independents. But honestly, what can we expect? They are a Big Box corporate chain and operate as they must. But then again, if you look at the other Road Runner locations, they have much better ratings. Hmm. Maybe it really is just this store? So, if you just need a pair of socks (although their selection of Balegas and Feetures is predictably sad), and you don't mind a lot of attitude, they are fine. If, however, you want and need more, like a personalized experience with people who know what they're doing and really care because they OWN the place, go to DC Ranch in Scottsdale to Fleet Feet. And run! :)
