rev:text	I am always skeptical of doing business in this town because I've been scammed in the past. As a senior citizen I must be more careful than those who have unlimited income. After checking out all Craigslist listings of people who advertised as doing reupholstery, Oscar was the only one that had verifiable credentials. His ad listed his shop's address with a map showing the exact location. He does not work out of a garage at a house somewhere. Oscar is a very kind and caring man. Although I had bought my own fabric 9 months earlier, he agreed to take my job and quoted a price for labor only. The written estimate (on his company's preprinted paperwork) included both pickup and delivery. The quote was very fair, and although I wasn't financially able to do the job when he originally quoted several months before, he honored the price once I had saved up enough money to have the job done. The results were amazing. My furniture is about 20 years old, but it was of good quality and I could never afford to replace it at today's prices. I knew it was worth saving. When the upholstery job was completed, it was like I had brand new furniture at a fraction of the price Oscar and his staff do beautiful work whether it be home furniture or automobile upholstery. I highly recommend this shop and will not hesitate to use his services again and refer anyone I know that needs this service. Please don't hesitate to contact Oscar's Upholstery, and tell your friends.
