This company is terrible. My husband and I purchased a membership after being told we'd be given certain bonus features for a 2 year period. We immediately attempted to use our perks and found there were additional restrictions when redeeming perks that weren't explained to us at the time of purchase. We feel we were lied to and have been trying to cancel the membership since August 5th, over 30 days! We paid $15,000 for one trip. We'll never have enough points to get much more than 3-4 nights trip per year. We work hard for our income and our quality of living has been negatively affected by this purchase. Shame on you Wyndahm! I will be reporting you to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
