I'm a returning customer to Dodge Chapman. My first experience with Dodge Chapman was so-so, it didn't really feel like the dealership had my best interest in mind, the salesman was more of a snake than a car salesman. I returned to Dodge Chapman because I like the fact that Dodge mechanics were working on my Dodge car. My second visit was much more enjoyable. the service rep, Travis Helms, was very helpful and honest and recognized that I was a returning customer and was more than happy to accommodate the issue the car was having. He informed me that I actually had a warranty on the car and was able to resolve my problem without any additional cost from the first visit. On Travis' customer service alone, I will be returning to Dodge Chapman for future issues and maintenance.
