  • I went here with an eye infection. Based on the symptoms I was confident it was Pink Eye. PA came in and confirmed with me it was Pink Eye. She told me she would send off my prescription and I can go pick it up. Offered no other advice and was about to leave the room.I had to ask her how to not spread the infection to my family and how to treat it. After picking up my prescription and getting home, I was about to open it and put it into my eye. I then noticed that the box said it was "For Ears Only". I then looked up the drug online and read that had I put it into my eye, it would have immediately burned and would have gotten worse. I called back into Next Care and explained what happened. They said someone from this location would call me back. I finally got a call back. They told me that they fixed the prescription at the pharmacy. No apologies for prescribing the wrong medication and almost burning my eye out or anything. They just hung up on me. I am beyond livid with this place. You should only come here for treatment if you are suicidal and have given up on life.
