| - This store has a great selection of bags, shoes and jewelry. I went here for two nights, and the first time I visited it, I was greeted by a charming and knowledgable SA named JOSH (I highly recommend him!). I ended up purchasing a pair of shoes and while my size was not available, he searched and ordered the item for me. He was very accommodating and offered all my friends waters since we were tired and thirsty.
The reason why I'm giving this store only 3 stars is because the only saving grace of this store is Josh. I decided to go for a second time to pick out a few things and I was snubbed so much that when I was coming toward two female sales assistants they literally turned their backs at me. I asked where Josh was and he was out so I had to wait about 20 mins and as I sat there, NO ONE offered any help. All the female SAs looked me and up down, and I felt rather uncomfortable. A few people walked in and no one greeted them either. I mean, there were 6 SAs working the floor that night it seemed like a simple gesture such as greeting customers was just beneath them. Totally unacceptable.
When Josh finally came, fantastic and patient as always, running back and forth to get me bags and shoes to try out, some guy finally approached me and asked if I needed help. I thanked him politely but I was pretty pissed at that point. Really? I sat here for 20 mins and now that you know I actually have cash to burn you suddenly want commission, no thanks! I ended up buying a purse and didn't plan on buying accessories but threw in a pair of earrings as well because I value good customer service and Josh went above and beyond my expectations. The best thing was as I was about to leave, he also graciously walked me out of the door carrying my large shopping bag past all those snooty employees!
