  • Just went in to get my truck washed. Went in with good expectations because of the reviews I saw on here but boy was I wrong. As soon as I pulled up the guy told me I had scratches on my windshield. Now, I know I have one really small scratch you actually have to get real close to see, but somehow this guy "knew" most were scratches not dirt. Within 15 minutes it was all "clean" and ready to go. Right away I was still able to see the minor scratch they were going to fix. You know it's a bad wash if you get home and have to do it again lol. I had dried water that wasn't cleaned off,and dirt that was clear to see on my front and and back bumper. They also had a warning on their site "We are not responsible for non-stock or modified vehicles, loose trim, power antennas, etc. Remove all valuables from vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle." I got modified parts they messed up. The last makes no sense. Aren't the employees the only ones in the vehicle washing the car? So who would steal anything from someone's vehicle?
