  • I first tried the festival taco at Lost Lake festival and fell in love! I've been here 3 times after and still love it so much. The problem is everytime I come I feel as though the workers aren't very friendly, they aren't rude, just not very inviting. I ask for the festival taco and they continue to ask me what I want on it which confuses me because I want it just how it comes, I don't know exactly what's on it so how am I supposed to know? They don't speak loudly and I can't hear them. all in all food is always good, but the customer service just stresses me out. Make it how it comes and ask if I want to add anything extra, not ask if I want what's already on it. It's not just one specific worker it's ALL of them, just would rather have friendly workers who want to help, not feel like they have to.
