Decided to get a membership after a year of contemplation because my skin is just parched and I needed an esthetician bad. The front desk people are the sweetest ! So nice and accommodating. Don't have anything bad to say since everything went well.
I did read some negative reviews about bad massages and such, some advice, always speak up to your massage therapist or estetician.. if you are going to hold in something you dont like during the entire session of course you are going to hate it, they are not mind readers. Another thing to consider is that a good massage therapist/estetician is something that's "in the eye of the beholder". I learned this from previous experiences... had some massages that were just terrible, felt tickled the entire time, and no relaxation.. had others that were just heavenly and relaxing. I realized every massage therapists technique is different, so you kind of have to "shop" around for one that meets your liking before you make your decision on the entire place itself. Once you find a good one stick with them! You can't always expect a perfect massage the first time but sometimes you do get lucky!
