  • As of this date April 25, 2014 A&R has yet to replace the water heater. They were instructed by the home warranty company to replace the water heater. A&R by out request sent a different tech to access the problem , he right away said it should be replaced and placed the order . I guess they didn't like that order cause that was 2 weeks ago the the new tech went to the house. Every time we call we get the " let me check into and we'll call you back" They just don't want go do what they were instructed to do no by us but by their own tech and home warranty company! We'll see how much longer it takes to get this matter resolved once and for all.. So forewarned STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
