  • Life SAVER!!! Mark was amazing and a joy to work with. I planned my Grandfather's 100th birthday luncheon with Mark over the phone. I told him what I had in mind and he put together a phenomenal meal! I love that he provided everything. He showed up early and set up quickly. The brisket was a hit! The meat was so tender and scrumptious. Not sure what it is he put in his BBQ sauce but I've saved every last bi, as the amount of food was MORE than adequate. I highly recommend his succotash and apple pie! Job well done. If I ever need a caterer again I'm calling Mark.
