  • I booked and was "confirmed" for a regular mani/pedi & design service that was denied once I arrived! The technician advised she doesn't do designs on regular nails it must be gel. I asked questions as I became confused as to why not & why the manager Lauren would confirm a service all while knowing she would refuse it upon my arrival, then proceed to yell at me in a unprofessional manner when I questioned her. I insinuated something was going wrong with this establishment when I arrived to see there was a change in the entire staff! Horrible & embarrassing experience. This was a waste of time and money as I could have & will book my services where I'm a treated with respect regardless of what type of services I choose or questions I may have.
