rev:text	This is by far the worst company I have ever rented through. I just created a yelp account about 5 mins ago Because I really hope none deals with what I have gone through.I moved into my place 8months ago and I have asked for things to be fixed and they never call you back or send the call out. I paid a 300 dollar cleaning deposit and when I moved in I had dog hair and dirt all over the house. Do not charge me that much if you won't even clean it. So when i asked why it wasn't cleaned there answer was "we were short on time." That's fine just don't charge me I'll clean it myself. To this day I have had a refrigerator repair guy to my house 5 times for my fridge, the ice Machine and water don't work and the fridge light is broken and it won't go down in temperate to keep the food cold. The repair guy was so rude and wouldn't even explain to me what's wrong he just comes in for a minute makes his money for going on the call and then leaves. I had to ask him so many questions on what was wrong, I got nothing My toilet ran for the first month non stop. I couldn't even use it. My water bill was higher then it's ever been. None came to fix it so I called a repair guy myself got if fixed on my own time and deducted it from my rent. My property manager said it was to high of a price to deduct. The stove the microwave and mostly all the lights in the house went out with in a week of living there. I know those are considered wear and tear items but in a week of living there.? My ac broke twice and in the middle of summer my house was 99 degrees. The repair guy that came to fix it urinated on the side of my house. ( this is no joke I am not making this up) it's not there fault it broke but there was no sense of urgency and I waited 4 days because it was a holiday weekend. I went out and bought a couple fans and they would not deduct that off the rent, which they should of because Nevada state law they have to put you in a hotel if temperatures get to hot. Not to mention I have a cat. I checked the house when I moved in and took pictures of all the things that were wrong the things that happened I guess I should of checked better but I have no control of all of this. I don't know if it's because I'm a young bartender that they don't give me the time of day. But I pay my rent every month on time and I have had no complaints from neighbors I get along with everyone. I have a pretty high rent and I live in the summerlin hills so it's not like I'm not paying much for rent witch shouldn't matter anyways. But let's be honest it does. I love the layout design and location of my house but when this lease is up I am moving. I hope you all think twice before renting from this place. It is such a scam all they care about is your money in there pocket
