  • HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I know nothing about a car so I am forced to take it in anytime it has an issue. Through the 5 years of owning my car I have been to many different shops. Most always try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and up sell me saying I need to do this and that. Not to long ago my catalytic converters code came on. My search for a trustworthy shop was on. I knew it was going to cost me alot just by googling the average cost. Being a single mom with a limited income not spending alot on the repair yet having a reliable vehicial was critical. After many searches on Yelp, reading through reviews on different sources. I found this place. From my first interaction over the phone I knew I was in the right spot. They understood my situation and was able to get me in right away. The repair was going to take a few hours and offered to let me take on of their vehicles even though it wasn't an official loaner car so I didn't have to miss work. Since then, I have had many different things done to the car (perks of having an older car I suppose) and every interaction has been great! They never try to up sell you. They tell you what is wrong and what is needed to fix it. If it's multiple things they tell you which has to be asap and what can wait a bit longer (highly important for the single moms with limited income). The best is Jason, the office manager. I almost got stuck up in Prescott the other week for work due to car issues. After calling Jason and explaining what was happening, he gave me some tips and stated that if I have problems on the way back to give him a call and he will come pick us up! What great service! Everyone there is have dealt with has been great and friendly! This place really appreciates their customers and always treats them fair! I wouldn't think twice to recommend them!
