  • Do not sign a contract with these people. Their salespeople will straight up lie to you. They put tons of things in fine print and then they will tell you the exact opposite. They claim to give you a good rate, but you count on the service being twice as expensive as what the salespeople quote you. There is just no sense doing business with this scum bag company. They also have tons of little outages. You can call them, but by the time someone replies, service will be back on. Of course they don't offer to reimburse you for your hour of lost productivity. I called customer service and they refused to let me speak to a manager. They said someone would call me back. I'm still waiting....
