  • They have a good selection of items and the sales people are helpful. Prices are nothing special, but they do stock quality appliances. However, the follow through on delivery leaves much to be desired. We were moving into a new home and needed a washer, dryer and refrigerator. We made the order more than a month before the move in date and it was paid for in advance. It was scheduled for the Wednesday after we moved in. That morning we were informed that the washer and dryer would be delivered as promised but the refrigerator was on back order and would not come until Friday afternoon. I raised a stink and got a $200 concession. On Friday, they called to say it would not be delivered until Saturday after we had already changed our plans to go out of town that day so we could wait for the delivery. Fortunately, we found someone who could be there the next day to take delivery.
