  • Yeah, this place is fantastic. Lunch in the cafe was great. The croque madame was delicious. Of course, we had dessert after lunch - afterall, we were in Vegas and dessert at Payard is not to be missed. My George V chocolate/peanut/ganache pastry was insane. It's what a Snickers bar aspires to be. Payard was so good, we made a special trip back the morning we left. Picked up some gifts for others, but also got some breakfast crepes and chocolates for ourselves. Excellent. A must-go if you're staying at Caesar's Palace, or really anywhere in Vegas.
