Be sure to come early, especially if it is Valentine's Day. We came at about 430, and were seated promptly. The organization has one person take you to your seat, another take your order (in the apron) and another serve your main. By observation, the majority congregate at the bar the majority of the time while the staff in the aprons do the bulk of the heavy lifting. Not sure why this is the organization: but if it works, don't fix it.
The food is quite good; we have been here many times. The top sirloin Chicago style and the Prime Rib are sure things, and the burger is also a good choice. Be careful though, you can't help but feel that bloating sensation before you get the bill! Service is good and attentive, good experience once per year.
