  • This target will get the job done, but I try to avoid it if I can. In general, I find its cleanliness to leave something to be desired. The last time I stopped by the make-up area was out of stock of entire brands. I don't understand how the L'Oreal, Maybelline, and Almay areas can literally be out of everything. The registers seem to always be understaffed regardless of the time of day. Their staff is hit or miss. Occasionally I have met friendly staff, but usually they seem to be annoyed by your presence. My last complaint is the parking garage. It is a big garage which is nice, but the layout is extremely dangerous. I have seen so many nearly missed collisions in that garage. I usually go to the Target at the waterfront instead of this one.
