  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! It sucks that my opinion of car places is so low, but this company (aka "joke shop) is another shining example of why. All I wanted was an oil change and air filter for my Chevy Sierra - super simple and straight forward. The oil was changed, I drove away, and then noticed on the invoice that there was no air filter. Was I charged for one? Yes I was. Was it in the truck? No it was not. I call the number and the front desk lady said "We don't do air filters". Really? At a "Complete Auto Repair Station" like it says on your coupon flier? I turned around, went back, walked right up to the tech, and said "You said you would give me an air filter." He tried to make some stupid excuse about the lines of communication being crossed between him and the receptionist and that she didn't mean to say they don't do air filters. Yeah dude, whatever, just give me the filter I already paid for. So he's about to change the filter (with a cylindrical filter - mine is FLAT) when I tell him "Oh I'm going to need the old one too, and I'm going to stand right here while you do it." All of a sudden he's like "Oh my mistake, this is the wrong one, I'll have to order the right one from the parts store..." He was not going to change my filter at all! Liar! Scam! Cheat! I totally caught him in a lie and he knew it! He then proceeded to show me my air filter and say it doesn't need to be changed after all, that it's in good condition. He offered me a credit for a future oil change and I said "Just give me my money back, I'm never coming back here again." I got home, checked the truck's oil to see if it was actually changed at all, and low and behold - it's LOW. New but way lower than it's supposed to be. Lying, loser car guys. If you love your car, don't go here. Like a former reviewer, I too will be writing the BBB.
