  • Worst Customer Service ever! I would erase the "one star" if I could! Went to this CVS location twice, because it was convenient. If I did not have to buy medication for my son, I would not choose to go to this CVS. First night (10pm): I went to the register to pay. The lady working behind the counter said "we'll be right with you". She overhead paged someone, then she left. I waited for 10 minutes. Nobody in sight. A young man comes in, after throwing out the trash (my husband saw him outside), and FINALLY helps me. Really...10 minutes!!! Second time (5 pm): I'm standing at the Pharmacy counter for approximately 6 minutes. There were 3 people working behind the counter. Nobody acknowledges the fact that I'm standing there needing assistance. I was so over it by that point, I walked away. I had a sick kid that needed medication. I don't have precious time to waste. This place needs to educate their staff about Customer Service. I'm so dissatisfied! Would not recommend anyone going to this CVS location. Go to Walgreens, Target,...anywhere else but here!
