  • Awful customer care. They left me car-less for two weeks while my 2010, 40k car had catastrophic engine failure. Not only did they sell me a defective car, they expect me to shell out hundreds on a rental car. After I sell this car, that will be the last Dodge I ever buy. The service advisor cared less about my complaints. Once I finally got my car back it still wasn't completely repaired, so I contacted the advisor again, but he never responded. Don't worry about it, my engine is only smoking I'm sure it's completely safe! Thanks Dodge! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, they'll be all smiles and giggles at the front door to win the money out of your bank, but GOD FORBID you need to EVER take it in for service they'll treat you like you're inconveniencing them.
