We made a reservation for Olive & Ivy, since we had heard such great things. We did have to wait 20 minutes even with a reservation, which was frustrating, but it may have been that they were trying to honor our patio request. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait! The patio was a gorgeous atmosphere!
The waitress was friendly and went through the favorites on the menu. We ordered wine and bruschetta to start--quite good! We thought 3 bruschetta for $11 was a fair price. They also brought bread and pesto dipping sauce.
The food was very good. The leg of lamb was excellent, as was the chicken scallopini.
It was a relaxing meal, especially sitting out on the patio with the canal in the background.
Definitely make a reservation for weekend dinners, as it is always busy.
