  • The grooming experience here was awful! I was very hopeful about this place after seeing some of the photos and positive reviews but unfortunately can't say the same. I gave them very specific instructions about grooming my puppy's face, with photos and a confirmation from the groomer after inspecting my dog that it wouldn't be a problem. They basically did exactly what I told them NOT to do! They expected me to pay before I even saw my dog and then when I did see him they pretended there was no issue. The owner and staff tried to find any excuse they could to avoid blame and to instead place it on me. I didn't even recognize my own dog anymore. Awful experience with staff and an owner who clearly do not care one iota about the quality of their grooming work or the happiness of their customers. Would not recommend.
