  • This bad review is actually for the Starbucks IN Fry's, but I have to put the review under this because its a kiosk not a full on store. Unfortunately this is/was probably my worst customer service experience EVER, EVER EVER. I came in here, this past Saturday, because I happened to be this part of town shopping, ide say 10ish. That is still smack in the middle of the morning if you ask me, when everyone wants coffee, right? I should have know there would be problems, starting with the fact that when I walked up, the kiosk was empty, and a bagger boy told me the woman was on a smoke break. Why in Gods green earth would a Starbucks only have 1 employee, on a morning shift. And why, if they absolutely had to have 1 person on the clock, let the sole person running the show, take a smoke break in middle of busy time. Someone explain that to me. Unfortunately I was already in the store, and didn't feel like driving to another location, so I wandered the isles of Frys killing time waiting for the lady to get back. Took about 15 minutes, found a few items to buy and went back to finally order my drink. And mind you, I had my antsy 6 year old with me. I normally order a frap, this time I decided to keep it calorie friendly and order an iced coffee instead. Mind you, when she returned we were not greated with a hello, or an apology, nada. She then charged me for the wrong drink, so that had to be corrected. As I waited for my drink, I heard her tell the man in front of me that ordered already, that she wanted to disappear for a day and forget she ever worked for the company. That's real nice to tell a customer, NOT! Like its our fault your miserable. Second, when I went to get my drink, it was pitch black iced coffee, I said I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, this is black. She said, the vanilla flavor is syrup which is why its still dark. I said where is the cream? She said, and I quote, "I don't have time to ask you if you want creamer, if you want it now ill pour some in". I seriously wanted to reach over the counter and smack this woman. I did not, because I don't want to go to jail, nor does my child need to witness such a thing. Now, I don't know if these kiosk things are Fry's employees, or Starbucks, but my gosh this woman needs to be fired. Horrible experience. Her name was something along the line of Meika, middle aged woman. Seriously, shame on you, whoever you are, that is employing such a rude poor attitude lady. If I didn't love my peppermint mocha fraps so much I would avoid Starbucks altogether because of this bad taste in my mouth now. Luckily, as a regular at many locations in my neighborhood, I know that this is one bad apple, and not the normal.
