  • The customer service was extremely lacking through the entire loan process at this branch. I dont know if its the same across the board or not, but this was a very unsatisfying experience. The loan agent came across as condescending almost and in a rush to move on to the next client. The lack of follow up was also disappointing. Would not recommend at all.
