  • I was EXTREMELY hesitant to come here today after booking my appointment online and seeing all the negative reviews but this was about 10 minutes away from my house so I kept it. To my surprise, my experience was nothing like the reviews and will definitely return. I came in at 7:00 and was immediately seen by Jay. He took me in and had me register since this was my first time. He was extremely friendly and explained the services thoroughly to me (I guess I looked like a deer in headlights lol). He said should take about and hour and a half. They had fresh coffee and donuts in the waiting area which was very clean. I was in and out within 45-minutes. Even after I left I had a few questions and concerns and Jay immediately responded via text. It was very personable which I love! I will definitely come back here and will make this my go-to place for any car service needs for my Corolla! Thank you Centennial Toyota and service team! Thank you Jay!
