Bought our Q3 just over 14 months ago and have had several Battery and electronic issues to date...as well as some quirkiness of the vehicle itself. Despite those (which are annoying to have to keep bringing it back in) the experience at the dealership originally was great - world with Andrew to make a deal on the Q and then have had good experiences with most of the service staff. Always friendly, always professional and they typically have my loaner car / Q ready to go as soon as I arrive and wishing 10 min I am back on the road to work. Follow up from certain advisors could be better but Recently Kyle Welter was fantastic - handled everything and even got a clip replaced for our back hatch spoiler that was damaged in a slight garage door incident...So far happy with this dealership from a sales and service perspective.
